POWERHOUSE, in its 25-year existence has played well over 1000 shows in festivals, clubs, theatres, private functions, corporate events in places everywhere from Chicago, Illinois to across the pond in Portugal and the Azores Islands.  The band was originally formed to emulate the 60's soul/horn bands revived again by the first Blues Brothers movie and has built a strong local following from its outset.  The band still retains its original Motown/Soul feel as new material and personnel have been added over the years.  POWERHOUSE continues to perform regularly, well into it's third decade, as there never seems to be a shortage of those who still enjoy the 'wall-of-sound' that is the trademark of the band that includes a full four-piece horn section and five lead vocalists.  For further information on the band, POWERHOUSE, please visit their website at: www.powerhouseband.info
